soft, comfortable, gorgeous - best bedding i've ever tried so far!
This is luxurious at a very reasonable price! It feels gorgeous, and looks gorgeous too, a lovely creamy colour, and it's a nice touch to be presented in an organic cotton bag, and wrapped with organic cotton ties. (I will be reusing the cotton bag, definitely). It would be nice to be able to get these in different colours too, hopefully they will do at some point, but it is a lovely colour as it is (and i guess it could be dyed easily if i really wanted to).The duvet cover is thicker than the other flimsy (compared to these) covers i've had (and worn out), it looks like this cover will last much longer, as well as being even more comfortable than my non organic 100% cotton covers, and much much more comfortable than my old 50% polyester cover.....It fits my king size bed well, the duvet cover has a fold at the bottom sewn inside, so, quite like an envelope its tucked safely in - quicker and easier than poppers and buttons, and stays in much better than others without poppers and buttons.I've been buying organic food for myself for 6 years now, since my son was born, when I was first made the most aware of organic food, and when I started finding them at cheap prices - either lower prices, same price, or only 10p or so more for most foods- now, 6 years later, i'm being made aware about the great benefits of organic textiles to the world too, and hope to see many lower priced organic clothing and bedding that i can afford....If I could (or when I can I will do so), I'd buy all my clothes and textiles, as well as food organic, as the more of us doing so, the more it will benefit the planet, other people, and of course, ourselves). however, i have been limited by price, and its great to have lower priced organic items such as these -the high quality of this product being a great bonus, so it is cheaper than many duvet covers that are much less quality and comfort than this one.It goes well with the matching pillows, and duvet cover - also of excellent quality. I purchased them all together as a lovely luxiourous gift to myself! (well, i say luxurious gift, but i guess duvet covers and sheets are kinda essential, and most of us do spend a fairly large portion of our life in bed, ! and anything that aids lovely good sleep by being so comfortable can be very important)..... (it's lovely to wake up in such soft, comfortable bedding too!)Anyone who feels the difference between 100% cotton and 50% cotton bedding, will know what I mean about how different in comfort it can be between them - well, organic cotton is another step futher into marshmallow-ness softness and comfort!

Lovely but NOT percale!!! -- updated
Update a few weeks later: Changed my review from 2 star to 5 star. Happy to say Homescapes' customer service was superb, they confirmed that they had had incorrectly listed these sheets as percale when the label says sateen. In the detailed product description and on their website it still says percale but hopefully they'll update that soon too. I was given a free returns label and a refund once I'd sent them back, AND they've updated the listing to correctly describe the sheets. If you like sateen sheets, these are lovely and well made, and also the Oeko-Tex certification is legit. I highly recommend.--"Sateen" and "crisp" really don't belong in the same sentence. These are silky, smooth, and shiny- which is great if you want that but I don't. I'm a hot sleeper and sateen traps the heat in, and my partner doesn't like the satin-like texture. In the listing, on the company's own website, it says these are percale. However you can feel and see the difference on the actual fabric. It's even on the label that comes with the thing. I was very disappointed because I love the color and that it's organic and from a UK company. If you want sateen sheets, I'd genuinely recommend these! But it gets 2 stars from me because of false product description and now I have to return them.

Absolutely gorgeous duvet set, such a a nice feel
Really good quality duvet s t from sustainable organic source. Feel of the fabric is like silk! Very luxurious! Only thing I would say that color isn't true to description. It is more latte than brown. Sort of very light brown/grey! I e had more so impression of copper 🤎 brown. But anyhow, beautiful set.

Good quality kit
Good quality material with a satin finish. It did, however, have one loop of thread very visible in the centre of one side. If I have the patience, I'll push it through to the wrong side with a needle or some such. I would also prefer the poppers to be at the end rather than on one side. Somehow, I always seem to be on the side of the bed that has the poppers, and there's scope for getting your feet tangled up in them.

Best bedding, bought on repeat for years
This is the best bedding, so much better than plastic mixed sheets! I’ve bought several sets over the years. The last set lasted 6 years of weekly washing on a hot wash and was then only damaged because of my washing machine! Can’t recommend it enough.

Extremely good and luxurious
I've been using them for the last two years and they're still going strong! And the feel of the material is of luxury, you're definitely getting high quality with this product.I don't know much about thread counts or cotton types, but some website guides say you shouldn't be fooled by the 1000+ thread counts you might see under other brands... there is a limit as to how many threads you can put into a unit area of textile and those guys are using tricks to artificially up their number! I can say that this 400 thread count product feels legit and good.

Nice bedding for the price
This feels soft and has a nice, pearly sheen. It washed fine and dried very soft -but if you need your bedding to be smooth, it certainly needs ironing.
