What a wonderful alternative to use for my meals.I flirt with being vegetarian at times.When I want to go meatless, I have found jackfruit to be a good alternative.

I had a seitan "rib" recipe that called for jackfruit, and this made it SO much easier as it's all cooked and seasoned. Once I sliced up the "ribs," they were seriously amazing. Both the vegans and non-vegans said they were the best. Served with potato salad and cornbread, it was a meal to remember. I'm grateful that we found these.

Bbq flavor was overpowering and too sweet. Jackfruit didn’t have much texture.

Love the hearty stew—flavorful without a ton of salt or sugar, enjoy the pumpkin & legumes to round it out with different textures. Great over potatoes or rice. Tried all the prepared jackfruit brands—this is my favorite

It’s ok to use potentially as an ingredient to another bbq adjacent dish, but it wasn’t a great substitute for pulled bbq. The fake smoke additives gave it a bitter and weird aftertaste. I will try to see what I can do to use the packs I have left (it was only available as a 3-pack). I may be able to tweak it to make it palatable.

I like the quality n taste of this jack fruit variety pack. It is reasonably priced item n I am planning to order it again on subscribe n save program.

I tried jackfruit from a co-worker that she added bbq sauce to. I loved it do I found this ready to eat BBQ jackfruit. Not even close. I bought 3 packages & couldn't past a single bite out of one pouch. I may try adding something to see if I can tolerate the taste. I won't be buying this one again.
