Strong, sturdy, nice looking. My wife likes it.Takes about half hour to put together. Using some soap on the threads of the screws makes screwing the parts together easier.

Very sturdy, good looking, and good quality! It has non slip pads on it's feet which work very well, but also make it hard to drag around on the floor. The non slip pads on the steps also work very well, but may be hard to clean.

I bought this so i could reach my new stackable dryer. Very strong and sturdy. I feel safe using it. It's also looks really nice.

This step stool is flawlessly manufactured, likely by a CNC (Computer controlled) process. Some reviews mentioned that it did't fit together properly so I was a bit uncertain when ordering it. I opened the box, placed all components on my workbench and then read the instructions. Following them to the letter, I had it assembled in less than 20 minutes, everything lined up perfectly and the fit was on the money. I think what those complaining about holes not lining up had tightened some screws before all the screws had been aligned and started (loosely). The fasteners are designed with a "pilot diameter" near the head of the screws that aligns to the machined components and secures each piece accurately and should not be tightened until after alignment. . After all pieces are in place, then go around progressively and snug each screw a little at a time. A really attractive and functional step stool.

It is heavy but has a sturdy and rugged build. It was easy to assemble and use too. There was a bit of chipped wood on one of the sides but it's still okay.

Took a while to put together, but really sturdy and well made. It should last for years.

If an item is listed as no assembly required, then it shouldn't come in pieces. This now makes six orders with which I've had problems in the last 2 months, which is a record for Amazon. This item is too heavy and for that matter too useful to send back but it is inconvenient to have to deal with something that specifically has mentioned as not an issue.
