Dead on arrival
Product would not turn on nor recharge.Tried to return it but was late to do so and I got the run around on the Amazon website telling me to try to troubleshoot but never giving me the option to return the product. I have been a client of Amazon for 20 years and never returned a single product so this was a terrible experience.

I don't understand why this would get a bad review. I have 4 sola waves I love this the cooling. tighting!! .. I would give it a bad review if it was bad it's great buy it..

It works!
You can’t expect a night and day transformation over night, but this little machine packs a great punch! I always get compliments the day after I use it, and what’s more, it seems to reduce the size of a little bone growth I have at the end of one cheekbone. I haven’t tried using it for cleansing, but use each of the other settings 2x each week, and it really does seem to help smooth, lift, and freshen :) give radio frequency a try with this device, and hopefully you too will go Radio GaGa!

Very very poor quality
The media could not be loaded. Very poor quality. I only used this product on and off for 2 weeks and now it doesn’t work. I just got this in the beginning of November. I thought it was the battery so I charged it all night. It keeps beeping when I turn it on the it turns off! Do not buy this product!!

Feel much better
Using the beauty device for a while, I feel the skin is much smoother and the fine line are also improved. There is a slight electrical stimulation when using it. But it does not cause pain. I generally use it twice a week, I believe that keep using it can help me look younger, great product!

So Disappointed!
I am so disappointed in this tool. Seems to make my skin look worse with my wrinkles. May be due to conductive gel you have to use, not sure. Also, doesn't hold a charge long at all....had to recharge after only 3 uses, such a pain. Returning!
