I received two Zwilling frying pans for a Christmas present this year, a 10-inch and a 12-inch. I liked them so much I ordered this 8-inch version to go with them. They are truly non-stick, and do an excellent job of cooking your food. A key to proper food preparation is to keep the heat low unless you absolutely need it to be high. High heat can not only burn your food, but is not good for cook pans/pots. I love these Zwilling pans!

10" & 12" Excellent Quality Easy to clean, Non Stick Ceramic Coating. Works best when not cooking to high. I purchased original first set of non stick ceramic coating from another retail & my husband ruined them by cooking them to high of heat. These new improved ceramic coating pans get the job done with ease & food slides off the pans & when finished using clean up is with ease.

By far my favorite pans! They work well and look great too. The ceramic coating isn't as non-stick as Teflon, but I expected that. They still clean up very easily compared to an uncoated stainless pan. The only negative I have is the conflicting information as to if they are dishwasher safe. Outside of the box they come in says dishwasher safe, but the inside packing says they are not. I usually hand wash them, but I have ran them through the dishwasher a few times with no issues so far.

Pan is great but the lid was a bit damaged. That's a pity. I did not send it back because I needed it at that moment.

I’ve had one of these Zwilling pans for almost two years until it was time to replace.I ordered this set, and while the smaller pan is great, the big one already has chips after two uses. We’ve only used silicone utensils in the pan.I’m disappointed and don’t know who to contact. The chat option on the website not the contact does not seem to work or be available.Update 11/27/2023 (after not even two months of use) from 3 to 1 starThe small pan has now become sticky and my food just sticks to it after cooking.I would not purchase this set again from Amazon. This seems to be of a lesser quality than the store bought one.

Love the size and it does not stick to food heavy duty

Over the years, I have tried quite a few small nonstick fry pans ranging in price from $25 to $100+. At any price, this little Zwilling pan is the clear winner! It has good weight to it, cleans up quickly and makes perfect over-easy eggs almost every day. Mine is getting a bit beat up after more than 3 years of daily use so purchasing another to have a back-up ready when needed.

After 15 months, this Zwilling 8" fry pan sticks. These are the heating, cooking and cleaning methods used for this pan since new, 15 months go.1) Heat never over medium high.2) Only a silicone spatula used in it, no metal ever touched the interior of the pan.3) Olive oil was the only liquid heated up prior to eggs being cooked, and eggs were the only food used in the pan.4) Cleaned in hot soapy water with a cotton wash cloth.Very disappointed in this pan after ONLY 15 months.Will not use anymore, ceramic coating is starting to come off, too late to return.I do not recommend Zwilling ceramic pans.
