Knee pain is gone and best bm's ever!
My body has a hard time digesting collagen but gelatin is fine. I take every evening and I have the best bm's the next morning. Seriously better than I have had for years. That has been the biggest change since taking these. Next biggest change is no more knee pain!

I used this product after losing too much weight due to medication I was taking for Lumbar disk disorder L4 L5. I have gained muscle in my arms. No butt improvement. However, it would help a lot if exercise was included to regain muscle and a little fat. The pills are big so tak them one at a time with water or food. It really has helped my bone intensity and joints. it is not viagra but my man of 10 years has noticed a bit of improvement in our sex life. A bit more flexibility.
