High strength vitamin A
I purchased this strength Viatmin A for maintaining skin health. Highly effective. Nice small tablet for easy swallowing, no after taste and it's just one a day so good value for money. Would recommend!

Good Vitamin A Tablets
I always take these Vitamin A tablets, they are a good quality tablet, small and easy to swallow with hardly any taste... I must admit it is hard to tell the effectiveness as I take other supplements as well but for 61 I do have good skin health and initially I brought these as they can help towards eyesight especially when the light is lower so I thought I would try them and all seems good...not sure if this is anything do do with the tablets but I can actually watch the TV without my glasses (but it is a large TV) I will keep taking theseI hope this helps?

Slight taste, easy to swallow with glass of water, effective after a couple of weeks.Skin health should start to improve after a few weeks.

Ingredients different from soft gels
Disappointed to find that these are a different Vitamin A than their soft gels with I used for years and found amazing for keeping acne at bay. Hoping these will be a good but one week in I am unsure.
