First time received a defective product. Wasn't heating up and power button indicator also not working. But they exchanged it and the product I received on exchange is working superb. Hood temperature control system with proper indicator on switch on. Works well. Thank you for replacing the product.

Waste of money and your time and skill. This product tip is neither heating up as required nor performing simple tasks though I used high quality soldering metal.Look for some other quality product

Product Description/Complaint:The soldering iron is overpriced considering its quality. The materials used in the product are not up to the expected standards. Although the soldering iron works, the overall build quality is poor. Additionally, the soldering wire is not included with the product, which makes it difficult to use effectively. I faced difficulties in completing my work because the soldering kit, which should have been part of the package, was not available. It bears the working consistency from the start. It is enough as one time investment if only required for small works and domestic purposes.But it should be kept properly with care and handel with proper treatment.The heating speed is excellent, as per my calculation it takes 10 to 15 seconds to heat itself and 30 seconds for its maximum output. (aprox.)But some of the extensions (nozels) take more time to heat till the end.The size is perfect as usual.It is durable enough to be used for even 10 years. ( If managed properly )
