It does work!!
Reaching tough spots, like behind bathroom fixtures, is very difficult without a product like this one. It really works! Some reviewers claim that it doesn’t work because they have a hard time connecting the product to the plastic tip of the caulk tube. So did I! But all I had to do was soften the tip! I boiled some water and put the tip in the water for 20 seconds and was able to screw the product to it no problemo. Then, it did exactly what the manufacturer claims.

Sits on caulk tube fine but does not thread/stay on
Doesn’t work with the gorilla glue caulk tubes. Really disappointing. I ordered the gorilla caulk and they arrived without the nozzles. Ordered this as it said it fits all caulk tubes. The nozzles sit on the bottle fine but don’t thread, even with consistent downward pressure. Tried hot water to soften the plastic, tried using tools to get a better grip on the plastic- nothing worked.I ended up butchering one of the nozzles to see what the issue is. The second photo shows that the threads on the nozzle are the same size as the caulk bottle tip. Completely unusable. What a waste! Thinking these may be designed for the bottles that come with a nozzle already attached, but other reviews saying suggest that this doesn’t work even for those. I’d recommend getting a backup option if you’re going to try this product.

Works like it Should
Attaches easily to caulk tube tip. Works great for place where you can’t get with ordinary tip (e.g. behind toilet bowl, etc.) However there is a lot of resistance to push out caulk. It seemed making the hole larger on the extension helped lowering the resistance & getting the amount of caulk desired out. If you want to reuse I would recommend pushing out the caulk in the extension immediately with some type of thicker wire before caulk sets.

Single use
OK first with the good. I don’t know about the soothe reviews here but these nozzles absolutely screw onto the existing spout on standard 10.1 oz caulk tubed. No issue at all there. Just push and screw them on till tight. They cut their own thread. They absolutely allow you get into tight spots more easily. The caps seal them tight and they don’t harden caulk inside them. Now for the bad. Not much really. It does seem like you need three hands to push these into the tightest of spaces. They are floppy unlike the rigid nozzle extensions. Also, the reusable but it overstated. There is no way to clean the caulk out of these. It’s ok if you are only going to use these, but that’s not practicable.I’m treating these as single use and towards the end of a tube of caulk. Get the majority done as needed, then attach this, get the hard to reach spots, then throw the entire thing away.

Did not fit on a brand new caulk tube
Did not fit on a brand new caulk tube. It’s like the thread ID is too small. Maybe I cut too much off the tube stem. But this extension would not screw on the standard size caulking tube.

Did not work
Would not attach to caulk tube, would not let caulk pass through extension, and resulted in multiple blow outs as caulk shot out the back of the extension rather than the front. Huge disappointment and waste of money, would not recommend.

Awful, just awful.
I caulked a short stretch and it worked fine. On the next squeeze, The hose popped off the gun side, leaving the twist nut behind and caulk everywhere. I was able to finish by gluing the hose back into the twist nut and cutting the taper thingy off the other end so that it didn't build up so much pressure. I was down to my last extender when I discovered this fix. Of course, you cannot lay a neat bead of caulk. I used a long screwdriver to smooth it out. I gave it one star more than it deserves because I was able to finish an impossible job.

Perfect for 100% Silicone Sealant Caulk Tubes *Without* Any Threading on End
As of 24 May 2019: Perfect for 100% Silicone Sealant Caulk Tubes that do *not* end with a manufactured thread for the tip to screw on to. How? Because a small piece of duct tape wrapped around the end of the tube where there is no threading can be "screwed on to" by the Ready America Flextension Caulking Tube Tips. The interior-threaded flexible tip "bites" around the duct tape, effectively making its own threading. A little more duct tape around the tube tip after it has threaded itself onto the end of the caulk tube "seals the deal". The quite thick 100% Silicone Sealant then flows easily through the flexible tip with no leaks. No duct tape? Use masking tape, although a few extra wraps will be required to achieve the thickness of duct tape.
