Perfect vinegar for many kitchen food uses

Per a German friend's advice, I ordered these and another product as well. I wanted to craft an authentic German Style Potato Salad. This is particularly for the flavor aspect. If you're seeking some potato salad variety this Summer, know that Amazon carries the ingredients to make that happen.

It's concentrated vinegar. It provides sharper, stronger vinegar flavor.

Strong but I like it on my salad.

These are very efficient compared to the usual 5% acetic acid white vinegar. Five times the concentration means you don't have to use nearly as much for the same effect, although I wish these came in a larger size.The bottles had leaked slightly in the packaging, which smelled strongly of vinegar, but wrapping the bottles in a plastic bag kept the smell from overtaking the pantry.

Great vinegar for salad dressings. Concentrated and will last a very long time.

I ordered this product for the Personal Care Home that I own, due to the fact that I've grown up having this product flavor my food ever since I can remember.. My mom and her family comes from Germany and as I've stated. I've had the privilege of tasting this particular product ever since I was born. LOL.. I would not recommended this product to anyone, I would force everyone to purchase this particular product in order to bring any dish that someone makes to life. Thank You Amazon for selling once again an amazing product that was so hard to find unless you lived in Germany!!!

for vinegar lovers who don't want their food swimming in 5% standard potency.i couldn't figure out how to open it at first - my health hasn't been good, and yes, that makes me a little more stupid. i've never seen a bottle cap like this in the US. but eventually i figured it out. you have to peel the front tab from the left side, not the bottom as would be most common. good design tho. better than having to peel plastic off the top of the bottle.
