Directions In English
Basic English Directions on Package:Cook 300 g ( a little more than 1/2 lb) of firm potatoes, drainMix package with 6 TBSP of water and 2 TBSP oil ( I use olive or avocado oil)Pour over potatoes and let steep for ten minutes.

You have to get the directions translated. That said ,this makes a tasty potato salad. Good for a change from dairy made potato salad. (Dairy free) I think it is gluten free too but not absolutely sure.

Delicious when you add a bit more magic
The seasoning packet is a good start.I used 9 (small to medium) red potatoes, peeled and then boiled to just "underdone".Sauteed a small white onion in sunflower oil.Mix up the packet, black pepper, fresh parsley, plop of vinegar, plop of oil, and bit of sugar...mix.Pour over hot potatoes and onions in the hot saute pan, mix well. Throw in some bacon pieces if desired. BAM! Perfection.

I was so happy to find a delicious short cut for German potato salad. This tastes very close to my Oma's homemade. I usually use two or three packets for a large bowl of cooked potatoes because I like a lot of flavor. I will keep this seasoning on hand at all times!! It is THAT delicious!!!

Great flavors added potato salad.
Package directions were written in German. Had to spend a lot of time online trying to decide how to use it. When I did find out, it was very delicious.
