I bought it for my son’s birthday, but as soon as he opened it, the arm broke. Fragile and broken

Do not play rough, use heat gun to loosen joints on the action figure.
Love this is good to add to my collection good articulation good designs looks just like her from the movie all in a 5 start for me. Great figure!!!

Unsatisfied unfortunately
The arm broke of immediately after being opened. The arms and legs are very stiff to move around. Too stiff. Although being very gentle with this toy, the arm broke off at the first touch.Second pacific Rim action figure to break. Very disappointed after spending so much money on them. In our opinion, they are not worth the price tag.
