Well packed and quickly delivered
I liked how quickly it was delivered. It was packed well. It came inside its original packaging which was packed inside another cardboard box. The only disappointment was that the complimentary coffee pods weren’t included.Regarding the coffee machine itself, everything is as expected. We had it before so nothing surprising. It does what it promises to do 👍🏼

Plug socket
Returned the item as nothing described regarding the continental plug which was then plugged into a UK plug therefore making the complete plug cosmetically unsightly and an awkward size for my wall socket. Shame.

Quiet but slow
Bought to replace an old working but "gone very noisy" Krups machine. This is nice and quiet, quieter than the Krups ever was even when new. It is however quite slow to fill the cup.
