Simply superb.Keegan is, simply, brilliant. No word is wasted in these intelligently crafted stories.I’m a late adopter to her work but would encourage anyone who’s not read her to do so. Poignant and extremely well written.

Thoroughly enjoyed reading these collections of short stories. The author has a subtle style that she uses to wring every emotion out of everyday occurrences.

I purchased this collection as a Gift for a friend, they were well received,but very short, short story books.

So easy to abandon a story and assume readers will think it clever and sophisticated to leave the rest of the story to be decided by the,selves.I think Claire Keegan is a lazy author and certainly will never read anything else of hers.
