As a man of 60 year old, I am having real issues of post radiotherapy and chemo after cancer treatment, the treatment has left an aftermath behind, and I am now disabled in my spine and legs.The pants are great as I am now a dribbler in bed, the pad is thick and soft and not firn, there is a seam inside the pants that you simply pull around the testicles, this stays put and comfortably hold the penis in place, the pad is roomy thick and comfortable. I do dribble, these pants are perfect for night time wear only, when I wake to go I don't feel the urge to let it flow until I sit on the toilet, the waist line of the pant is high, and the pad runs right up the bum, should any accident occur, in short excellent comfortable they do the Jon for me

These pants are quite comfortable for my Mum, and fits quite well. The best thing to prevent "accidents" and promote confidence when she goes out socialising. Does the job well !
