I bought this primarily to see if it helps me reduce soreness after my morning cardio workout. It did not just that but also comes handy when I try to shake off the pain/niggle brought upon by long hours at the desk while working from home. My back issue is also chronic in the sense that it flares up every now and then. So, I find this roller quite useful when I take stretch breaks or when suffer a pain episode out of the blue.I'm still learning the ropes (via YouTube) about the various ways in which and the muscle groups for which the foam roller can be used. The relaxation it provides is almost instantaneous though using it for the uninitiated might be a little difficult. So, I'd recommend to start slow and learn the right techniques, one muscle group at a time.Some people here have complained about the roller's sturdiness and the foam's hardness. It's been a couple of months since I bought it and have regularly used since then. I weigh close to 95kg, am built on the larger side, and yet the roller and its pipe haven't given away. The hardness of the foam is an individual preference thing. For instance, I love the effect it has when using for my back but it hurts when using on my calf muscles. Your mileage might similarly vary.All in all, this is a pretty handy purchase and one that I'll recommend to all, regardless of whether you're an active exerciser or not. Beats popping pain medication any day.

This product came 3 days earlier than its expected delivery date and it has premium quality man. Hits the spots everytime and it's 100% the best use of money I could've done for myself. Heavy usage everyday and it is still of premium quality with no signs of wear or depression. Definitely the best Foam roller in this range

The product is built like a tank and feels premium in hand. It is bigger, better and more effective than the foam rollers I have used in the past.The carry bag is mediocre. I'd recommend this product to anybody looking for a quality roller.

I bought this foam roller just 3 months ago, I have barely used it for 8-10 times.It broke into pieces while I was rolling my hamstrings, I could have a bad accident from it but luckily nothing happened.Please do not buy this product and never trust their warranty, they have the worst possible customer service.They don't give warranty for breakages, what else do they have to give guarantee with this product? It's not a mobile phone to give performance warranty or software.Highly disappointed, save your money don't buy this.

I have been using this for just 2-3 times a week for the past 2 months and the inside has cracked in 2 places (see photos). So when I use it now it makes a creaking sound and I am worried it might just break and injure me. This is not expected for a product of Dr. Trust. Highly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this product
