Q: Do i use the same amount as with a moisturiser? or do i need to use more? with sun creams the amount used is much more to get the proper coverage...

Hi Nita, you should use the amount you use for a moisturiser, you can use more if you have dry skin however it may overload normal or combination skin if you use too much. We suggest you reapply every 2 hours as with sunscreen and for full protection to layer with an additional SPF. We hope this helps.

I have used all the Cereve products and I have combination skin. Some parts of my skin are sensitive. Cereve works for me

Yes a water based cleanser works just fine.

Q: Is this suitable for very cold winters

All the cerave moisturisers are amazing but for cold wonders I prefer the normal moisturiser as its very protective and heals my skin when it gets dry from the cold weather. It doesn't have sunscreen though but the one with sunscreen is also good just not as protective from cold
