Great lotion for people with restless legs or people who walk or run! Soaks in quickly and doesn’t leave a greasy residue. It smells lightly of lavender before rubbing it in but after rubbing it in smells strongly of menthol. This scent doesn’t bother me and it goes away after a little bit. I used this on my legs before a walk and the discomfort in my shins went away!

This particular one has extra ingredients and when you rub it on it has that “icy hot” feeling. So when I know I’ve overdone it for the day and I rub this into some sore muscles.
