Good emergency kit
Included in the kit is a small inflator, a can of Slime that you connect in line with the inflator, an expandable caution beacon and a pair of jumper cables. The kit will suffice well in a roadside emergency. The inflator works well and has a long power cable that easily reaches from the power supply in your car to the tires. The jumper cables are adequate for occasional use, the clamps are a little on the flimsy side but they are however only advertised as emergency use and they will do that just fine. The excitable beacon is nice because it fills up and takes up hardly any room in the case. The Slime product works well also, I have used this stuff from car tires all the way to small tractor tires and it works well. Overall this kit would be a nice thing to add to your trunk or truck tool box, it will have you up and going again rather than bumming a ride.

Emergency kit for car
Haven't had to use it yet, but it has a lot of handy items if I'm ever in trouble!

All in one product that's an alternative to both a flare and warning triangle
When I bought my car a decade ago, I did European delivery at the manufacturer's factory in Europe, and they gave me a flare and warning triangle, as they are required items to carry in your vehicle there. I was left thinking it was a really smart idea and decided I would keep them in my car when it returned to the US. I haven't ever used them - the one time I was in a collision, I was rear ended and couldn't access the warning triangle since it was stored in the trunk - but it gives me a lot of peace of mind to have the option. I'm less enamored with my flare because lighting a fire near an accident scene where there might be spilled fuel has never seemed like a great idea...This product from Slime improves on that classic pair with a tripod of glowsticks that serves as both a warning triangle and a flare. There are two glowsticks and one static support beam, plus a little plastic piece that the three slot into. It's all very straightforward and could be set up in seconds in an emergency.I haven't tried cracking one of these yet, so I can't remark on how bright they are - but even setting up the tripod with the glow sticks unlit still creates a really effective warning triangle. I don't think this will be quite as bright as a flare, but I think it will be a lot clearer that it is a hazard indication to oncoming traffic given the obvious triangular shape... a lot of drivers don't realize what a flare is since they're so rarely used in the US except by truckers. My only complaint is that I wish Slime offered a way to keep these together and easy to access in an emergency. Three little flimsy sacks that I could place the parts in to keep them together in my trunk would be ideal; with everything loose, I imagine I might lose the plastic connector piece since it's packaged separately from the glowsticks. I'll probably just stitch together a quick case for them or find something to repurpose, so not a huge deal, but would have been a nice inclusion. This is a fun idea and would make a great gift for the car person in your life. It would particularly pair well in a "new driver" kit along with a tire pressure gauge or tire inflator and an emergency escape hammer, if you're trying to put together a whole gift package. Or, just stock up and put one in each of your own family cars!

No carrying bag
Okay, so I'm starting off negative and I apologize for that, but why isn't there a carrying bag? It definitely should come with a waterproof carrying bag. Trunks aren't always the driest place on earth so I'm not placing a cardboard box back there with the hopes it is still in tact when I eventually need this. Snow, rain, and humidity attack trunks.Anyway, I took off a star because no waterproof pouch.Besides that, everything in here is good for a basic kit. Just know that some of the items in here are onetime use, but that's not bad. The slime itself goes for $20+ so this kit is a good deal at $56.41 when I wrote this review.Overall, a good purchase but pick yourself up a bag to put the stuff in!I hope this review was helpful!

A must for any car
The media could not be loaded. This roadside kit is a nice package to have in your car in case of emergencies. It's enough to get you up/running so you can get to a repair shop. I was most interested in the pump to see how well it worked. The description page says that it can inflate a tire in 12 minutes, but it does not tell you to what PSI it was for that 12min. The 100psi they mention is just the maximum value listed on the gauge. To try out the pump, my car tire was at 21psi. It took me about 4.5 minutes to get to 30psi. (see attached video - i paused it a couple times to shorten the video). Very reasonable amount of time for a compact little pump. During that time, the pump did not struggle, overheat or make any wheezing sounds. Kept the same pace/sound for two of my tires.I will trust that the slime works. I have successfully used similar items in the distant past.Couple Notes:1. The jumper cables are 10-feet long. - not mentioned in the product description.2. When using the pump, make sure the engine is running. I was using the pump without the enigine running, and then I turned on the engine. This gave the pump more energy and I the pump got stronger and a little more louder.3. Description says there is a LED work light. I do not know where it is. (maybe the pump gauge display)?4. In case you did not read the instructions, you have to "snap/bend" the glow sticks to make them work.5. The power cable is long enough to reach all four of my tires on my Honda Accord.6. The slime container does not list the temperature ranges it can be stored at. Leaving it in your trunk when it is 105 degrees out or during freezing temperatures could compromise its quality/effectiveness.Overall, not a bad emergency roadside kit to have in your car. It has all I need for small emergencies with tire/battery issues. This will for sure stay in my car at all times.
