A very good saw that works perfectly in a house with a large garden like mine.Cuts thin and thick logs perfectly. Working time is extended thanks to 2x 2000mAh batteries (when we work on one, the other can be charged)The design of the saw makes it easy to maneuver and conveniently cut branches of trees and shrubs.Also going wit going with set with , a charger, a set of screwdrivers, wrenches, a manual, work gloves, goggles and a box.The saw is compact, weighs about 2.5 kg and is comfortable to hold.The shape of the main handle helps to achieve maximum stabilization during operation and has a pleasant to the touch, smooth non-slip surface that additionally wicks away moisture.I am delighted with this purchase which has proven to be very helpful in my garden. 5*

Used this today to pollard a silver birch tree. It is easy to use and nice and light for using up in s tree. Cuts through 3inch branches no problem. After the first few branches, the chain needed tensioning. Great to have 2 batteries and a spare chain included, also safety glasses and all the tools to adjust.

Not as big or powerful as it looks but does a reasonable job

Received in April 24 and it appeared to be very good, cutting through branches and wood off cuts easily. With only moderate use for a couple of months the saw has now become unreliable and effectively unusable. I suspect that the supplied batteries are just not up to the job. Place them on charge and despite showing a full charge they only last for about a minute, charge again and exactly the same issue.Shame as the saw itself was really good but now totally defective so not good value for money (out of warranty period!!).

Very handy and used regularly

I bought this to chop down some lare bushes and trim tree tops. The saw is excellent and easy to use. The chain has lasted a number of rough hours of use. With extensive use the thermal protection stops the saw working, which is good. I just pop it in the fridge for half an hour and it's ready to go again.I've added this a few months later. The motor eventually fails after heavy use. It looks like the bushes fail. I've bought a new motor for £7 on Amazon which may fix it. But just be aware that the tool is useful for the odd bit of trimming and not substantial heavy use.

We've been using this for a few months now in the garden and so far it's been able to cut through everything. The battery life is great and having the spare is very handy. I've cut upto 100mm thick branches with no difficulties. For the money is very good value.
