Amazing customer service
Cyan registered as broken when inserted into the printer, so product was unusable. Customer service corrected the problem as fast as possible. They were very proactive. Best customer service experience ever. Good people.

The ink cartridges work awesome in my HP 6958. I've wasted countless amount of money buying other aftermarket inks and the HP printer will not allow them because it doesn't have an HP chip! B.S.

Beware black ink cartridges leak and spill all over you when you pull back the tab!
0 stars! I ordered two packages and I opened the black cartridge from the first package and it exploded all over me!!! I opened the second box to use that black ink cartridge - the same thing!

Good as Canon ink at a fraction of the price.
This ink is just as good as the canon inks at a fraction of the cost. I use it all the time.

Nice Vibrant Colors
I use this in my HP OfficeJet Pro 6978. Colors are great, extremely close to the much more expensive HP ink cartridges. Looked through some papers to try and find one with a HP cartridge, but I can’t 100% be sure which is which. So, very happy with this ink! My 2 children are homeschooled and instead of buying books, we can usually download and print most of their work. Saved a good amount by doing this and especially with the price of this ink.

Great Customer Service re leaking cartridge
I was happy with the price of these cartridges and 5 of the 6 worked well in my TR8520 printer. I was disappointed that one of the 6 cartridges, Magenta, had leaked inside the plastic wrap so I could not use it. I contacted the seller online through my order, to let them know of the problem. Much to my surprise, they responded quickly, apologized for this problem and promptly replaced all 6 cartridges at no cost. I am very satisfied and will certainly be ordering from them in the future. It is wonderful to find a company that stands behind their product and goes above and beyond to make sure they have addressed any concern. I speak up when something is not right and I speak up, even more loudly, when something is right! Thank you Clorisun I will certainly order from you again, and again!

This product did not fit my printer as it was supposed to.
My printer does not recognize these cartridges. The black cartridge spewed ink out as I removed the orange cap and ran all over my hand and desk.
