The original insoles that came with my sons' wide fitting school shoes (size 8 adult) had fallen apart, and I was struggling to find replacements wide enough, so they didn'tslide around during wear.These are perfect, they can be trimmed to the correct length, and have the added bonus of the gel and support of his arches.He assures me they're very comfortable.

They arrived quickly, were easy to cut to size and very easy to slip inside my shoe. The quality is amazing and great value for money. Extremely comfortable with arch support.

Excellent quality inserts that last about 4 months when used 8 hours a day on feet constantly. Fast delivery and good value for money. Highly recommended. Can be cut to size accordingly. Rinse off with water as well to remain fresh.

These are intended to be cut to fit your shoe size. However, mine arrived already cut for a UK7 shoe (I am UK9-10). As the toe area is where you cut them, I thought it wouldn't matter and decided to keep them rather than return them. However, this was a mistake. The insole being too small for my shoe, rides forward and does not sit well. It does not stick to the shoe and slides about. Apart from this, the gel provides a moderate level of comfort and is certainly better than some insoles than provide a gel cushion only beneath the ball of the foot (behind toes). I would rate the product more highly if it fitted better.

Superb. Wonderfully effective. My feet are very painful walking, as the fat-pads have disappeared, but these gel pads enable me to walk in comfort. A miracle cure !

Lovely and comfortable, ideal for beach or camping. Good quality thick and anti-slip sole for walking on rough ground, paddling in the sea, rock pooling etc. Would say they are on the small side regarding size but they do stretch well and need to be a snug fit. Very compact and lightweight for packing purposes.

Used to make my golf shoes a bit more supportive under foot. They worked very well well👍

I wear soft insoles because I have an ankle rebuilt with Titanium plates and screws and I have to wear really hard NHS ortho insoles specially made to correct my gate. The specially made insoles are extremely hard and uncomfortable so I use soft ortho insoles on top of the NHS ones to provide some comfort. I also wear size 12 boots instead of my prev size 10 to accommodate my multisoles. These insoles are soft but the actual sole section is extremely thin and not as comfortable as previoys insoles when walking longer distances.
