Toyo Y-350 Steel Mountain Tool Box, Military Green

Yeah. This is cool. Very Japanese in design and function. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this for any bonsai shears/ clippers. Handy. Great size.Medium/lite duty. Free up Granny’s junk drawer for other stuff. Honestly, I kind of want one in every color.

I needed a small toolbox with sufficient width to store several chainsaw sharpening files, and this was perfect. Just wide enough while its height and depth are compact and not oversize like most plastic toolboxes. The construction and finish quality are exceptional, and the design is a retro throw-back to the toolbox your grandfather had. Being metal, it's not ideal for carrying in a car, but it's great for hobby applications, and looks great sitting on your shelf or workbench. I ordered a second one, and might order a third.

I am a big fan of Toyo for toolboxes. I added red color to my collection this time. This is good option for toolboxes if you look for one with good quality.

This toolbox feels nice and sturdy. The latch closes perfectly, the handle feels nice in the hand and it folds down almost flat. The matte paint looks really cool.

I love this tool box. It’s deceptively spacious, and the red color is gorgeous (never thought I’d say that about a tool box). The thing about Toyo’s tool boxes is that they will last lifetimes. The quality is great, it shipped very quickly and without issue (which made for an excellent overseas shipping experience). It’s the perfect size for a hammer, a few screwdrivers, and whatever other miscellaneous tools you have lying around. It’s just a box without spacers/organizers so if you have much more than that I’d go with something else. It doesn’t stay open when empty (the top is heavier than the bottom) so keep that in mind. Love that it’s not plastic + has some aesthetic character

While this is slightly smaller than I’d hoped for, it’s great. The color is vibrant and the quality is excellent. It feels like something you’d buy in decades past. I also love that it’s not made in China (like everything else seems to be).
