Great product
Very easy to adjust and has a huge range of possible weights. Good value for what you’re getting as the product is very sturdy. One possible downside is it’s not too portable as it’s quite big but personally I don’t think this is a real issue. That aside thank you for a great gripper!

Probably not for very weak hands but its the best grip strength device out there, probably.
Looks like and is the big daddy or hand grip strengtheners. One spring is pretty firm although you can move them around the frame to create more or less tension. Cant imagine every doing 3 springs but if you can get to that you'll be able to crush cricket balls with your hands, which is always useful. Removing the springs should be explaind but its achieved easily if you easy the pull back handle past the stopped then all the springs fall off and you can realign. Grip isnt mega comfortable but you could always put a racket grip on there if you wanted to solve that. Overall, so far a good product and i'll have to see if it lasts but considering its made of a solid metal i am hopeful. And thats also better for the environment from a recycling point of oview at least so all good.

Well engineered, heavy duty, functional.
Incredibly strong and works absolutely perfectly for drop sets (easy to change settings). Unless you're Arnold Scharzanegger you're not going to be able to remotely grip the top setting. I'm a 22 year old male who's already pretty strong and I can barely do a grip with one spring letalone 3! It's definately worth the £20, the metalic material alone would be quite expensive. Very robust and sturdy (should last a life time) without being unnecassarily heavy. I reckomend doing drop sets, doing as many reps until fatigue and then move the spring down one notch and repeat. Believe me, you'll get an incredible pump doing this and you'll see 100 veins in your forearms stick out. Train every 2-3 days for best results, do this for years and I promise you you'll be crushing golf balls in your palms like they were ping pong balls! Only complaint is that the metal handles are a little abrasive and might give you blisters. However I get around this by either placing a tea towel round the handles or better still, wear a pair of gloves, prefferably leather for better grip.

A great alternative to multiple V-grippers
I have been using this product for a few days, so I am yet to be able to judge its durability. I will revise if there's any issues.I have experience of using other grippers, usually V-shape grippers, and own regular sports shop grippers with light tension, and 160 and 210 rated RB grippers (which I can squeeze partially but not close). This equipment is much bigger than the other grippers I own and slightly different to use. It's probably easiest to list features:Seems sturdy, unlikely to break. The handles offer enough grip, as they are knurled, but might be a bit wide apart for small hands.Just 1 spring can offer enough tension (maybe too much for people with a weak grip).3 springs on the hardest settings will be too difficult for almost everyone.Variable spring positions allow for gradual increase in tension. The handles are symmetrical (work the same in both left and right hands) which isn't always exactly true of V-grippers.The throw of the handles and the angle is different from a V-gripper, so might feel odd.The way the springs apply tension differs from traditional V-grippers, so might feel easier/harder to squeeze throughout the movement.Overall, I like the product, and don't see any point in buying lots of grippers at different tensions if this can do the job of all of them, and likely at a fraction of the price.

Excellent product
VERY well built, built to last. Very sturdy and everything from the metal to the springs is absolute solid. The only problem is the lack of statistics , although by increasing the spring(s) closer towards the handle you increase the force require to pull it, no information on the force or the spring constants are given so you can't calculate what youre working with, only that you are working with something and you can adjust the resistance. Still highly recommended.

Great and affordable but with caveats
A very versatile tool for grip strength training. A minor gripe is the quite abrasive texture of the handle, yet offering considerably less grip than e.g. the Captains of Crush grippers. One major issue for me is the quite large play of the handle in side by side motion when training.

SOLID PIECE OF KIT
The numbers on the apparatus are my doing. So don’t expect to see them if you buy.I’ve added photos from Stuart Mc Robert’s bookBuild Muscle, Lose Fat, Look Great of the IVANKO SUPER GRIPPER because they’re very similar.Very easy to set up and start using.Just done 20 reps with each hand on setting 1 and 5 ( 70lbs ) and I think that’s my limit for now.Bought it because my forearms have been sore from other lifts so hope I’m addressing a weak point. If you ever watched a TV series back in the 80’s( Boys from the Blackstuff ) you’ll remember the first episode where Chrissy and Loggo are having a pint after Dixie Deans funeral and in the pub there’s a guy called ‘ Shakes ‘, who’s party trick is shaking men’s hands and watch them plea for mercy.I think he must have used one of these devices. As other posts on here have stated you could gain some pretty superior grip strength if you’re able to work your way up.Would definitely recommend.

It's tough.
This is a serious bit of kit, even on one spring it's tough, if you want to get a solid grip and build forearms this is the best I've ever tried, and I've tried them all over the years.
