We needed to reseal the windows on our boat. We always used marine sealant before. Always with a messy result. The mastic tape is very easy to use, no mess and with a perfect clean lines to the finish.

This is the “go to” mastic for caravan repairs. Make sure you buy the right width though - this fitted my caravan window hinge bar. Some people keep it in the fridge before use so it is easier to cut/trim and less sticky when handling. Once applied it is very sticky so is difficult to remove as it should be of course.

This stuff has successfully sealed the front joint on the caravan as the original had broken down and was no longer sealing the joint. The unfortunate thing is that it is sticky on both sides so is picking up all sorts of stuff that I can't wipe off again. I suppose the main function is to seal the joint so from that point of view it works well.

Relatively easy to use, a sharp Stanley knife, the weather was very hot and the tape was very sticky. Make sure all existing residue is removed first for the best adhesion.

Used to re-seal around a new Truma water inlet. Ensure that you are thoroughly prepared otherwise it sticks to everything except where it's supposed to be! Nothing wrong with the product, I'm sure it will seal properly.
