Direct 1:1 substitute, no more awkward recipe adjustments!
Have tried a few gluten-free substitutes over the years. Can be a bit of a minefield when you find conflicting information on different websites.This is a blend of several grains, designed to be a direct 1:1 substitute for ordinary wheat flour. When I tasted the cake batter, the flour gave it an unpleasantly gritty texture. However, the cupcakes were incredibly light and tender once baked, with no prominent flavours from the flour (though I was making red velvet so this may have been disguised by the mild cocoa flavour).Will be trying this with several different recipes in future, but very happy so far!

It's gluten free flour. What can I say. It kinda works as a replacement flour but you have to use the right recipes. Wish I could get an organic version.

Burst bag

Good flour but watch the price's
Good flour but it far to expensive.I found it in tesco for alot less money

Burst bag means no cake
When the box arrive it was all looking good until we opened it and the bag of flour had burst all over the place including the other items ordered. No ability to get a refund and nothing to really send back. More annoyingly it is for a birthday cake which we can’t make unless we get some more by Saturday. Really disappointed.
