While these don't taste amazing, they taste good enough that I don't put off taking them daily since I received them. If you've ever had unsweetened matcha flavored anything then you already know exactly what these will taste like, just in a gummy form with a bit of sweetener. I didn't order them for the taste however so I won't take any stars off for that as they taste exactly like matcha is supposed to taste. If anything I would be suspicious of them if they tasted any differently! Supplements work differently for everyone as no one person's health concerns will be the same as another person's so I won't speak to whether or not I think they will work for you. I will say they came very well packaged and quickly in the mail and I've had no qualms at all about taking them daily. I especially like that they leave no aftertaste unlike some other vitamins. Would recommend if you are interested in trying this form of vitamin.

These green tea gummies are so delicious! They taste just like sweet green tea. Since green tea is said to have numerous health benefits, I'm hoping to see some results after taking them for a while.

So many benefits that green tea is supposed to give you but I don’t drink tea. Not a fan. Thought these gummies would be a good way to get green tea without drinking tea. Unfortunately the flavor isn’t what I was hoping. They taste like sweet green tea. Again, not a fan. If you like green tea you may find you like them but this is not what I was hoping for.

I’ve tried matcha gummies before this brand and really enjoyed them. These are also really good. The texture is similar to fruit leather and the taste is of fresh and sweet matcha tea. I usually put matcha powder in smoothies or enjoy an occasional cup of tea. But these delicious gummies will be handy when I travel or am low on time for breakfast. Finally, I appreciate that they’re made with cane sugar and glucose syrup. 2 gummies have 20 calories, 5g sugar, and 200mg of matcha. The only thing I don't like is that there’s only a lot number and no expiration date visible. Recommend for those who want the benefits of matcha in a convenient gummy.

I ordered these gummies because I love the taste of Matcha tea, however, I wanted a much more concentrated amount for health benefits. This should provide a decent amount of antioxidants. The gummies are easy to chew and taste great. Potential health benefits of matcha tea include reducing inflammation, boosting the immune system and increasing overall health. I personally feel more focused and alert after taking a dose. I will update this review after a few weeks of use to inform of any more benefits or side effects from these gummies. So far I'm very happy with them!

I have never loved a vitamin supplement so much. Two gummies gives you the focus and energy to get through a whole day with no crash. I work late nights and it’s help with drowsiness at night and keeping my energy high at night. I’m seriously swearing by these things. They are truely fantastic and taste sooooo good.

I recently got this bottle of Matcha Green Tea Extract Gummy Vitamins by Sweetheart Beauty for the antioxidant properties and the gummies are not bad. I usually have daily Matcha Powder smoothies with 70mg of Matcha in them but on days that I can't these gummies are helpful to me. Each serving of 2 gummies has 200mg of Matcha and 5g of sugar in it. I could do without the sugar but they do already taste quite bitter so I understand why they put it in. The flavor is not bad and I am ok with it but there is also a bit of a citrus after taste that my plain and Melon Matcha powder does not have.Overall I think these gummies are worth getting.
