Meister Platform truck "cross-over" 300 kg, foldable, 8985700

Now we are on the 2nd of these as after the first one got completely wrecked (not of the fault of its own) as we used it for many months of heavy duty. What can I say, great kit we use it daily to carry laundry bags and it fails to disappoint!

This is a great truck well constructed and should last for many years, fits in the of the car perfectly excellent item

I am using this for transporting my dogs to Dog Shows, so needed it sturdy and with all terrain wheels. BUT, it is very heavy for me to lift into the back of my car. It is too heavy really for me to be able to use on my own.

An invaluable addition to our equipment and a worthwhile purchase on all fronts.

Who do I complain to about this???? It's a fab truck but came to me with all this damage, I've had to use it due to my line of work, and needed this desperately (I own a feed store) the truck itself is fab, easy and alot better than my last one, but I'm not happy it came this damaged. Can someone help me of how do I go about a complaint as I can't find any information, thanks
