I was struggling to find Mora so I bought this, not disappointed!
I have a couple of Morakniv companion in stainless snd carbon steel. I wanted a spare stainless but was struggling to find one at a price I liked. This was recommended instead and I am not disappointed at all.The blade is pretty sharp from the box and I just ran it over a whet stone to get it how I like and it has maintained the edge quite well. It is stainless so doesn’t hold an edge quite as well but it is easy to put back compared to carbon. The sheath is pretty sturdy and has a reassuring click as it locks onto the knife. There is belt loops etc. So keeping it close should be a cinch. The grip is nice and comfy although the rubber feels a little odd it is grippy snd I suspect with a wet hand it will grip just fine. For the price this is an excellent knife, to be honest at twice the price it would still be a pretty good deal.Overall I would recommend this even if you prefer Mora as this is an excellent knife and if you need a few for teaching or the like, I would say it is a good choice.I really would like to see some other colours though. Black and blue is neat but a few different colours so you can switch up would be a nice feature.Final word is you can’t go far wrong with this knife at such an attractive price.

Fantastic knife
I have been using this knife almost daily for a couple of years. It is a very good knife for the money, the edge stays sharp for a reasonable amount of time and sharpens easily. Nice and comfortable to hold, practical sheath that helps keep it clean (I leave it clean in my work bag so it can be used for things like cutting an orange at lunch as well as coming in handy for cutting rope ect). I have since purchased other knives of the same brand for more specific tasks, but this is still my go to all-rounder

Good Knife, but..
This knife is a strong and less expensive competitor to the main Swedish brand out there, in every way but one. I was disappointed to find that the blade did not come fully sharpened, in fact it was most definitely quite blunt. The sheath is sturdy and holds the knife reassuringly well, whilst allowing easy removal when required. The grip is comfortable, equally sturdy and feels safe in use.I would consider buying this again if I knew I didn't have to work for a keen edge by sharpening it.

Great purchase
I've been using this for whittling. Mostly shedding lot of the material, and shaping before getting to the finer detailing work. Weight and quality is not a problem, used it for 3 hrs straight, Doesn't feel too heavy and it kept it's sharpness. Pretty sharp straight out of the box, Haven't needed to sharpen it yet but I'm sure that will be a doddle.Sheath is really good, get a satisfying click with it's seated correctly. Will definitely be looking at other products from this brand.

superb
Great knife at a great price. Very sharp out the box. The back of the blade is left rough with a 90 degree angle so should be able to use with a ferrosteel. Although stainless steel it is not highly polished and can tarnish quickly, but is also easily cleaned.Blade holds it's edge very well, I used this alongside the Mora 546, similar price, spec's etc. and I found this seemed to keep it's edge better, but both are easy to sharpen, and both would be recommended. Grip is err, grippy, and quite comfortable over long periods, has a good finger guard at the front, nice secure sheath with belt loop. At these sorts of prices why people buy expensive bushcraft knives is beyond me

All around perfect
To start with its a very ergonomic knife with a very grippy handle even when wet. Great edge on the blade straight from the box but can be tuned down to a finer sharper edge very easily depending on needs. Used for fishing and camping, I have even managed to cut through a 2 inch branch by laying knife across and bashing with another piece of wood, no signs of damage on knife afterwards. Would have to pay 3 or 4 times to price to get a better all around knife. Can't go wrong for the price and you will not be disappointed with the purchase.Have previously bought the hultafors plumbers knife which is equally as good but with a file cut into the blade. Quick delivery and great quality on both knives
