These help me with bloating significantly. I originally brought these at Walmart to try and now on Amazon and Nouri website are the only places I can find it... The price is steep but if you take them every other day it can be justified lol

Full of vitamins and amazing flavor

Nouri StayWell Lemonade Synbiotic Digestive + Immunity blend powder stick 14 count. Expiration date on mine was 11/2024. These packets include vitamins, minerals, colostrum, prebiotics, probiotics, and immunobiotics. Zero sugar, sweetened with monk fruit and stevia. As you can see, the box came a little banged up but all the packets were inside. The size and shape of the packets is similar to my electrolytes and they are easy to tear.The powder itself is finely ground and mixes easily in water if you use a spoon. It is a little on the dusty side, fyi, so make sure not to breathe it in when you pour. It does stick to the sides on my glass a bit. The taste is pleasant and very lemonade-y but a little on the sour/musky side for me(and I like tart) but I attribute that mostly to the monk fruit. Surprisingly, I have a sensitive tummy—especially to acidic things, and these packets don’t bother me which is a huge plus.The price is a bit on the high side, imo, but I do believe these are good quality. You only need to use 1 a day so it’s a half month’s worth supply. They’re packed with goodness, quick and convenient to use, and I always feel better after drinking them. I do wish they were a bit sweeter but I have nothing else negative to say about these.

I recently bought these as I’ve been struggling with gut problems. I bought this thinking it’d be nice to have something that’s not a pill and something with flavor. This probiotic works great for me! I noticed changes starting after the second packet! Not to mention the taste of this is really good tastes just like lemonade! If you struggle with your gut health I definitely recommend trying this.

I love the lemonade flavor. It’s so refreshing! The only thing I don’t love that it doesn’t mix in well but that’s not a big deal for me.
