I am no scientist but since using this item I tend to feel better in the morning and have more energy. It is a vitamin D replacement which tastes like lime and is probably the best tasting effervescent tablet on the market. It's fairly priced when you consider delivery is included.

Why do they include laxatives?😅
I’ve been taking these supplements (one a day) for just over a week now and have noticed my tummy has been really off and seeming to get worse every day (I’m talking cramping and going to the loo loads). I also take the vitamin C of this brand and have never had any issues, so I took a look to see if there were any differing ingredients that could be causing a problem.I noticed that the only differing ingredient was polyethylene glycol, and a quick google tells me that this is a LAXATIVE. No wonder I’ve been having issues! Why they would put a laxative in a vitamin supplement, I have no idea. The rest will be sadly going in the bin, unless anyone needs them for colonoscopy prep?

Liked these fizzy tablets, my doctor says I'm extremely low in vit d. Bought these because they were lemon and lime. Everything seems to be orange which I hate. Got to have another blood test before I know how well they are working.
