Highly recommend
Easy to install and the difference is amazing in my old home. No more damp wet cold closet or cold internal walls in my living room that are externally exposed. Temps were recorded with the heating on at 15. Feels a lot warmer in my living room too and I only used it within the panels on the lower level. Easy to install and you can paint over or wallpaper like I did in my closet. Highly recommend.

Its Good but BEWARE...
I'm a novice when it comes to DIY but I had set my mind to it and gave it a go.Although the roll is somewhat delicate and brittle, I still found it very easy to hang and any cracks and damage I made to it in the process were easily fixed. It covered up an uneven, pitted wall perfectly and with some filler in any gaps or breakages, it looked very much like my amateur skills had pulled off a professional job and I was very proud. I now had a new smooth and insulated wall!Step 2 was to apply lining paper so I could paint it. I left the polystyrene and filler to dry for 24 hours and then I went to work with some plain budget lining paper. With my confidence boosted, adding a degree of patience and care, I was able to do a fairly good job of this too. At the end it looked like I had finally revamped an otherwise ugly interior wall... I left it all to dry for another 24 hours......Unfortunately, it seems the so called "super strong" wallpaper adhesive I had decided to purchase having spied it in the the "frequently purchased together" section wasn't quite so strong as it claimed. My almost perfect job fell off the wall within hours of drying!!I had to attempt a frustrating rescue (all those pain staking hours wasted!)Having purchased some decent adhesive I tried to stick the paper back on. Of course by this point it was never going to look as good. Really I needed to rip the whole lot off and start again. I may still do so if I fail to remove the bubbling and creases I've been left with...MAKE SURE YOU BUY AN APPROPRIATE ADHESIVE and you'll have a good result!

Mixed feelings
I have mixed feelings about this product, it works brilliantly and warms the room so much, although it only stuck to the walls throughout the summer and I had to take it all off in the winter when I needed it the most. I'm gutted as I had high hopes that this would solve or help my damp issue. I used the super hold paste solution as advised which did hold the paper to the wall for a good few months.I did find it a little tricky to position to the wall as it tears easy but if you're careful enough it hangs fine.Great product in theory and I'm sure if you have nice dry walls, the product will last a long time on the wall.

A cure for damp???
Well I don't think you can ever rid youself of damp but you can take steps towards permanent solutions! This maybe a step in the right direction. I rent a house that is VERY damp and my landlord refuses to do anything about this, it has got into washing machines (onto my third) microwaves (onto my third) and two portable televisions!Im doing this one room at a time (budget restrictions) starting with a bedroom. The walls are cold and mould collects in one corner and spreads out, wiping off as only a short term solution, so i have uesd the above product on the walls and the result is amazing!Even with a frost outside place your hand on the liner and its warm, this also has a positive effect with your heating as no heat is lost through the wall but reflected back into the room (wonderful.) The only down side to this is you will need to wallpaper over it or use a plain lining paper if you just intend to paint the wall. One roll will do 4 seven foot drops and you will need a very strong paste which goes on the wall first not the paper. highly recommended
