Mason Jar Electric Sealer
I use to can years and years ago (when I was much younger). I was looking for something to use with my Ball jars to seal dry ingredients in and this works perfectly. Sadly, I am forced to buy regular size bags of flour and sugar (which I RARELY use). The once in a blue moon time, I open my cabinet for sugar, it has clumped together. Haven't had the need to open any of my canned items yet, but I'm sure they'll be fresher now that they're canned. I have not canned any liquids yet. Now my cocoa will stay fresh until next winter.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been very happy with this, I make several batches of sourdough crackers a week and if not consumed that same day get stale, but that’s no longer an issue.I put things like pretzels, beans, granola ect into mason jars and seal vacuum them to keep batches fresh longer, so I’m actually saving money as there’s no longer a need to toss food gone stale !The unit comes with the small and wide mouth screwed together so just unscrew the small mouth part if you want to use the wide mouth, there’s no mention of this in the instruction booklet, and it doesn’t give clear instructions on how long to vacuum the jar so I hopped on YouTube where they said to vacuum seal it for 20 seconds.It’s super easy to operate, wipe the rim of the jar clean so you will get a good seal, lay the lid on the jar and put the vacuum sealer on top, press the power button and let it purr for about 20 sec, you will hear the pop when the lid seals, gently lift the vacuum of the jar and you’re done !!Easy peasy, I highly recommend it and hope it will hold up well bc this is a money saver and a must-have for every household !
