Johnson's Vet 14M016 Vitamin/Mineral Drops For Cage Bird, 100 ml

My cockatiel refuses to eat petllets and vegatables. Does this drop have the vitamins which seeds lack?

I know it's meant to go in water, but the vet & I are trying to find a multivitamin to go on seed - would this work, or is it solely to add to water?
