Good product, Trustworthy seller
Worked better than namebrand OTC allergy meds! It may be more expensive than OTC, but the ingredients are natural and not chemical based.

All the Right Ingredients!
This is one of the coolest supplements I've seen in awhile. I get nasty allergies in the spring: they kick my butt, to be frank! I've taken nettle tea, quercetin, mullein on their own, but it's great to see these ingredients in one package with other quality ingredients as well.Allergies are supposedly an over-reaction of our immune system to erroneously perceived invaders. Vitamin C and Zinc support the immune system so that it reacts appropriately to those harmless ingredients like pollen, grass, etc. that cause certain bodies to freak out. Quercitin is an essential and helpful antioxidant, as is bromelain. Mullein is a wonderful lung support. Stinging nettle is a slight diuretic and allergy support. Finally, tinospora cordifolia is new to me, but it is an Ayurvedic (Indian traditional medicine) herb that helps with hay fever and the nasal/sinus passages. What a great one-stop-shop to take when allergies try to take over! I am saving this bottle in my medicine cabinet and will begin taking it in the spring when my allergies are the worst. The supplement is expensive, possibly prohibitively so, but I wouldn't need to take this all year, and I haven't seen any supplements like this. So I won't take off a star for cost. This supplement is wonderfully unique!Dr. Livingood, the creator of this formula, has some great videos and more information online, FYI.On a happy note, did you know that folks with allergies have a decreased risk of cancer? Our very reactive immune systems are more likely to kick cancer cells to the curb. I'll remember that when I'm sniffling and coughing next April, ha ha!

Great!
I have been following Dr. Livingood, and his advice seems to be down to earth and encouraging everyone to use natural products, not pharmaceutical drugs, if possible. I have taken all of the ingredients in these capsules separately and found them to be effective, so it's nice to have them all combined into one formula. Not only does this help me with my seasonal allergies, which suddenly hit me, but I have also taken them to build up my immune system to keep me from getting the flu or other viruses. So far, so good! I don't have terrible allergies, so I would take 2 capsules in the morning to find relief, and that's enough. It's a great product that does more than just help with allergies and worth trying to see if it works for you.

Expensive but works
I liked this and will use again. It is in my opinion a bit to expensive but it does work.

Extensive List Of Allergen Support Ingredients
This supplement is brimming with ingredients that will help support a healthy immune response to common allergens. My favorite is quercetin. It is used for lung health primarily but is purported to have other uses. Quercetin can be found in various foods like apples, onions, teas, berries and red wine. I have taken another brand of quercetin for histamine reactions and I feel it has a positive effect.Other ingredients include zinc, potassium bicarb, stinging nettle, bromelain, mullein and Tinospora (I am not familiar with this ingredient), vegetable stearate, bamboo stem extract, Phyllostachys viridis stem extract and a vegetarian capsule.Four capsules a day means one bottle will last one month, so per month it will cost you over $50 ($53.95 at this moment on Amazon). That is a bit dear but it does have a list of ingredients that really should and will help you through allergy season. In doing some online research (for what that's worth) it was said you should only take quercetin for a limited time (1 gram for 12 weeks) but four capsules of this supplement only supply you with 300 mg of quercetin, so you can take from that what you will. It also said to consult with your health care provider before taking quercetin and many other disclaimers having to do with the Vid.
