Easy to use, did a good job.
Used to clear both ears. Easy to use. Do need a second person to use the wash with flexible end. Removed large amount of wax from both ears, well worth the money.

I have hyperacusis so not keen on automated irrigation…
The problem with this kit is that the instructions are very poor. I sat there with all these bits and had a lot of trouble figuring out what they were meant to do. First, I tried to connect the camera with the software, and it didn’t even tell you to turn the camera on first. Call me dumb but since it wasn’t straightforward bluetooth, I was confused and just couldn’t figure it out. Ok… so you charge the camera and then turn it on, and you get this weird network that is not soulear-XXXX but the X’s stand for numbers (Ok that was maybe me dumb again). I don’t think I could have done this on the iPad as 4G mobile network suddenly popped up to my rescue.I then proceeded to dig into my right ear and felt very nervous about it as I’m precious about my ears. I had prepared by oiling my ears with earol for a number of weeks. I was able to grab the wax by scooping it, which is very awkward, and the whole blob came out, miraculously! Unfortunately, my handy work wasn’t as successful on the left ear (note that you should change the camera view on your app). The wax just went further in and I was nervous about irritating the skin further as it already showed an aggressive red and some ominous discomfort. The next day I tried again, but without success. So I filled up the water bottle as directed with some vinegar, and squirted in there. After a few squirts, the blob came out just like that, landing in the sink which I used rather than the cup (not having more than two hands unfortunately). I’m happy about the outcome since it cost me £50 to get this done at the pharmacy eight months ago and the free NHS option nowadays requires me to get an appointment and travel quite a distance.I suffer from hyperacusis which is extreme sound sensitivity, and wasn’t happy about the extremely loud irrigation done by doctors and nurses. I use ear plugs a lot so the wax has become a problem since the ear injury (I’m now 57), and I’ve been constantly worried about having to get the irrigation done. Since finding this kit, I was extremely nervous about doing this myself also, and being a person with a chronic illness, I had a hard time overcoming my resistance. But my hand was steady enough, and I did it, woohoo! Let me add that it was very interesting to see the ear which sort of demystifies the whole procedure.I’m not sure what all the other left over bits are supposed to do to but I guess I’ll have to do some more internet searches and see if they are of any use at all. There are lots of spare nibs, so you’ll be able to use the kit countless times. Vinegar doesn’t appear to be bad for your ears, and I have no discomfort after this procedure. Please do use a lot of earol for at least two weeks before you start as you want the wax to be nice and soft. Last time I had hard black bits, not nice! This time they were soft and brown as they should be, so I did it just right.Good luck. Had to knock a star off because of the poor instructions and flawed English.

Avoid!
I got an ear infection after using the product. Didn't remove any wax.Must me mention that I have used only warm water and have used earol to soften the wax for about 3days before hand. The camera has a metal extension at the end, I was worried that I will perforate my eardrum if I pushed it more in my ear so eventually didn't really use it.The ear drum is extremely sensitive and fragile, best to be seen by a professional, even if it is more expensiveMy advice after this experience is to avoid the product and get seen by a professional

Very dizzy and nauseous for several hours
1st time of use, the ear washer made me extremely dizzy and nauseous, this lasted for several hours.Coupled with this, device didn't remove any wax from my ear! I know the instructions say that it may be necessary to use a number of timed to clear hardened wax, the side effects I experienced mean I won't be using this again.

Has everything you might need
From a ear flushing system to a camera operated ear cleaning kit, this has everything. It came in a plastic bag which felt a bit odd for the ear flushing kit, but the camera and the metal kits came in their own packaging in them. The camera works great and comes with rubber ends of different shapes to help get wax out. the camera is a little awkward to get used to but it doesn't take long and the app has a left and right side to help. The metal cleaners are a great addition which I use more then the camera, because it's metal you have to be gentle as there's no cushioning for the inner ear tissue. Not yet used the flushing system but it looks like it'll work well.
