I was looking for another Essenza model after my last one finally stopped working after a few years.This arrived on time - I think its originally from Europe as the main instructions were in German - though they were in English too.I was a little worried that it might have been re-conditioned (as others have mentioned) because the packaging had been opened and the free coffee capsules were pretty squashed. But it all appeared shiny brand new. Its so easy to use - just plug in, rinse through and go.I am familiar with the machine, so know that the coffee isn't piping hot. (Nor should it be!)Just a nice espresso with a lovely crema.

I’m impressed with this product. Being the cheaper one I was worried it wouldn’t be all that great, but I think the value for money is great. I got the red one, it’s nice and slim on the kitchen worktop, very smart. The water in the holder lasts for more coffees than I expected (I always have the larger espresso). There are two settings one for a large espress or a small one. Both sizes fit into a small coffee mug. My mum likes to add hot water to make it a longer drink (Americano). Comes with a good selection of starter capsules too. It is a little bit noisy when making a coffee, but it doesn’t last long as it’s very very quick- perfect for a quick one in the morning before work or in between socials at Xmas! Haha :)

Fed up of drinking "meh" instant coffee whilst working from home, I decided to treat myself to a Nespresso machine.I wanted something I could leave on my kitchen counter that doesn't take up much space.I noted the measurements and reviewer pictures but was still surprised when I opened the box and saw how compact this is!It holds just 600ml of water, so you will need to top it up throughout the day if you drink lots of coffee.I fill it with bottled water rather than tap because I live in a hard water area. Hopefully that means I won't need to descale it for a long time.It's a powerful little machine that will give you hot coffee in less than a minute from switching on.It is quite noisy when dispensing the coffee but the sound is thankfully short lived.I chose Nespresso as you can buy compatible pods anywhere, get lots more variety and they are not too expensive.This comes with a selection of 14 Nespresso coffee pods to get you started.I also bought some compatible pods in advance (Jacobs Espresso Ristretto) so I am currently fully stocked.For the price (I paid £80 last week but it's down to £72 now) the build quality could be better.The cup tray and pull out compartment for the used pods are plastic and feel light and flimsy.You can easily lift off the cup tray to place an ordinary or larger sized mug underneath the spout.The click on part of the water dispenser feels quite flimsy as well, like the plastic bit could eventually snap off if you are too hasty or heavy handed when changing it.I'm hoping as it's magimix it will last and I haven't just paid extra for the name!Has made coffee drinking tasty and enjoyable for me once again.My jars of instant have been banished to the back of the cupboard! Haha

After purchasing a Nespresso Essenza Mini (the grey one in the photo/video) earlier this year at the start of the lockdown, I was very impressed with the quality of the coffee I have been getting out of it and it’s become a brilliant addition to my kitchen.I decided that I’d get another Essenza mini to take on travels, and decided to get the other design, which is certainly a lot funkier than the other one. It’s more or less exactly the same machine, albeit a bit shorter: it doesn’t make a lot of noise, it makes a quality cup of Espresso or Lungo, and gives you full access to Nespresso’s wide range of coffee pods and excellent customer service.I’ve been very impressed since purchasing my first machine, but this time around, I was very impressed with the speedy delivery. For the price you pay here on Amazon, you really can’t go wrong with either of these Essenza Mini machines. They’re stylish, compact and allow you access to some brilliant coffee.

I am in love with this coffee machine. I wanted something that was very small that i could leave in its own corner and this does it for me. The coffee it produces is great (i mainly use lungo button then a single espresso on top) and haven’t had any issues with quality. You are given a selection of caps to try, however i bought the starbucks ones and all haven’t had troubles being processed.Coffee is usually made in just under 30 secs (lungo) and 15 for espresso. Personally I wouldn’t recommend adjusting the settings which you can do my holding the right button when its producing coffee. It'll keep pouring so it matches the cup serving but personally it makes it watery.This machine isn’t super loud and its best to throw the caps away after 5-6 uses.
