I bought this for my wedding, I did a sand poring ceremony and we mixed the sand in the hourglass.The glass on it was durable and thick, it was able to survive being knocked off the counter by my dog multiple times. All of the nuts come off on both sides for easy access, and it comes with a wrench specifically for the bolts so you don’t have to buy one. Definitely worth the money!

I really wanted to buy this hourglass for my mother as a congratulations present but sadly the sand I’ve placed in it no matter how refine the sand is won’t go down. I am not sure why is the product is defective and not working properly like a normal hourglass. SMH I don’t know what to do anymore.

Item received quickly. When we opened the box, one of the four spindles had come off! We couldn’t find any nuts to hold it together. A couple of hours later, we found the nuts had rolled to the back of the countertop. Alls well that ends well. Thanks it looks good!
