Lovely white hot chocolate, the best I’ve had so far! It actually tastes of white chocolate rather than insipid vanilla/nothing.It’s not overly sweet for white chocolate so for those with an extra sweet tooth you may like to add a teaspoon of brown sugar which gives it a delicious caramel note.It also makes a delicious spiced white chocolate with the addition of a sprinkle of nutmeg, mixed spice or cinnamon.For the amount (750g) you get this is a really well priced, good quality product & I would recommend for white chocolate lovers.I imagine it would also work very well in white chocolate icing and cake mixtures.For those curious of the texture, this looks and feels exactly like infant/baby milk formula!Pros:Bigger than I expected! This is a large 750g box of powder, similar to the size of Quaker Oats boxes & muesli boxes.It contains actual white chocolate rather than white chocolate flavouring, this is alongside milk powder, cocoa butter & vanilla flavouring which makes for a very creamy hot chocolate.On the back of the box are two recipes, one hot (black and white madness) and one cold (blue matcha flat white) which is an unexpected bonus.Cons:This comes in a cardboard box and a foil bag, neither of these are resealable so it might be wise to invest in an airtight jar or tin if you aren’t a regular drinker or user of hot chocolate.There are no directions as to how much you should use per 250ml cup so I assume this is a product that is ‘to taste’ & you add as much or as little as you like, this does mean there are no set servings per box which obviously makes the cost per cup variable.This tastes very good in hot milk but I wouldn’t make it with hot water as it can taste very oily and insipid. Personally I prefer hot milk for that creamy richness.

This ( Van Houten's Santo Domingo variant) is delicious. Really classy hot chocolate that's got a much higher cocoa content than the big names available on the high street. It's much lower in sugar that the big name brands - and it's also lactose-free, again unlike the big names on the high street. So you decide how much, if any, sugar and milk you useI can't think why it's not always in stock at Amazon. It's reassuring that there are other online retailers who stock it.

Giving a 4 star as I got the Gold & white , they both taste really nice they mix well are sweet enough with out adding more sweetness to them no need for milk either unless that’s what you like milky chocolate drinks , my only complaint is they have a horrible oily film on top which isn’t great the gold more so than the white. Both have long expiration dates, The white is like drinking liquid white chocolate nice and creamy , Gold is rich and creamy caramel flavour. The amount you get is quite a big box so will last a while and it’s in powdered form.

Bought this as a gift for my nephew, he really has been enjoying it and said the only problem is he fancies one every night! A good quality but I watch out for any offers to make it better value for money.

Trying out many hot chocolates to go in my velvetiser. All I can say is try this - rich, warming and comforting. Possibly too rich for my kiddies taste but this one was more for me! Very nice and obviously works out far cheaper than the hotel choc.. brand. I’ve tried the Callebaut milk and white chocolate callers and they too are nice and preferred by my kids. All work well in the machine, and all very nice. Bought the con houten white chocolate to try as well, can not see this being a let down either!

The media could not be loaded. I've been buying this product from the iron & fire store for a while now & never had a problem, I found it on here so thought I'd save on delivery but this stuff is just awful, it's like someone has poured oil in it and it's undrinkable, it's pure fat but I've not had this with other boxes, the powder has lumps in it the others I've had are a fine ground powder, it's absolutely vile and like drinking oil.

I had some hot chocolate in a cafe in Ledbury, and it was delicious. Best hot choc ever. Not at all sweet, which is how I like it. I bought this stuff may be by mistake. First there seem to be no directions, the taste was a shock. Hardly any chocolatey ness. There the fruity tartness, it’s not a bad drink if you don’t know what you are expecting. I couldn’t put more powder in as the fruity sweetness was already over powering. Leaves an after taste🤨
