IDEAPRO 10pcs 3528/2835 2Pin 8mm LED Strip Connector，Strip to Wire Quick Solderless Connection for Single Colour Led Strip Lights

I have assembled many strip LEDs in the past and would always solder the connections myself. I would either do this directly or you can also purchase plug-and-play connectors which also require soldering onto the connections.I was looking for the above connections when I came across these. I was installing 10x 1M strips along upper retail shelving with a small gap in between to allow for shelving arms. These seemed to be a simple option which would speed up the job. I purchased these with low expectations but they turned out to be perfect. I will definitely use these in the future.They are very simple to use. No wiring experience is required at all and no tools required except for scissors or a knife to cut the LED strips. You simply open the connector, push the strip under the contacts ensuring the two spots of solder are touching the pins, and then close the clip. The only knowledge of wiring you need is to ensure the polarity is correct - simple enough for anyone as the strips are marked positive and negative and the wiring on these connectors is your standard red and black.Once installed they are fairly strong. If required you can use the adhesion from the strip to stick it into the device or you could use a dab of hot glue if the situation required. In my instance they are out the way and extremely unlikely to get snagged on anything so I have not used any further adhesion.I had one strip left over as well as some additional lighting strip. I cut this in half which then gave me two connectors I could use to connect to a 12v supply.Not only did it remove the need to solder each individual strip but also gives you the option to replace any faulty strips quickly and easily with little to no tools. Wish I discovered these earlier.

Really cuts down on witing/soldering when installing multiple LED strips!Quick delivery too!

Good stuff

My project used several 5 metre rolls of LED tape but needed to be cut and joined every 90cm or so. These little connectors are not seen in the finished result but definitely made the whole job 100% easier. You can also use one as an end-on connector if you snip one end off and connect the bare wires into your power supply wiring.

Not the beats quality. 2 came damaged

Although I have only used four of the ten, that leaves some for future projects. I used a pair double-ended as supplied, while on another pair; I cut the end off and put in a connector block. All worked first time connecting to the 'non-waterproof' 8mm wide LED strip. Recommended.

Give a much more solid connection than the original ones that came with the kit I bought.

Soooooo useful for LED strips. Shame they don't seem to have extra long ones. Definitely buy these if installing LED strip and save time on soldering(take that from a good solderer who has lots of soldering experience, i only solder when i have to, otherwise use these)
