I started using this after much research into NAD. After about a month I was able to bend and move like I had not been able to in quite some time. I felt more energetic and my skin looked better. Well as we do , we get busy with life and forget to reorder things that we run out of. Three or 4 months went by and I was not feeling nearly as energetic, everything was hurting again, squatting and bending was more difficult again. I began thinking what am I doing differently…. I believe biohacking is fundamental to good health, especially as we age. I’ve noticed a BIG difference when I’m taking NAD vs when I’m not taking it (as an experiment I did a cycle of 6 months on and 6 months off). I’ve *personally* experienced notable improvements in my sleep, mood, and even joint flexibility when I’m consistently taking supplements, like NAD+, for wholistic health. These make a difference, and I will continue to include them within my biohacking regiment.

Good price and hoping to get more energy

After NMN was removed from the market, I searched high and low for a replacement. I had such extreme fatigue post Covid in 2022 and would/can sleep 14-16+ hours (yes, really) in a day until I found this product. I believe it works better than NMN and find I am more alert and only need a normal night's sleep. When I forget to take it, once again the severe fatigue sets in. Rarely do I ever purchase a product more than once, but this is one that I will keep buying.

I like how it gives me energy and a pep to my step. I don’t know about others, but I have experienced that it makes my skin feel very young and it helps me to look young and anything that can help you is a good thing. I find that I sleep better. I feel more rested and have more energy when I wake and I like the heart health benefits that it provides. I will re-order again.
