Yummy Noodles!
When I was looking for fast cooking noodles other than grocery store ramen, I saw WhatIF Foods® "Instant Noodles." The healthy ingredients and unique flavors intrigued me. WhatIF Foods® variety pack was a great way for me to try the noodles. As it turns out, I love all the varieties! These noodles are delicious and a giant step above grocery store ramen.Cooking and Preparing the Noodles. The noodles come in a round disc. Per the instructions for microwaving, I put one disc in water, cooked it for a short time, flipped the disc (which was coming apart), and finished cooking it. I like my noodles somewhat al dente, so I reduced the instructions' cooking time by about 45 seconds. I reserved a large tablespoon or two of the cooking liquid. I then drained the noodles in a smooth plastic, small-holed strainer. Next, I put the drained noodles in the bowl with the reserved cooking liquid, added the spice and oil packets included with the noodles, and then stirred/tossed the noodles. I sometimes steam some vegetables to add to the noodles; I add the veggies last and toss the noodles one more time. When all is said and done, I have a delicious meal! Some Random Notes. Regarding the strainer, I did not use my wire strainer because I did not want the noodles to get caught up in the wire. My strainer for washing rice worked perfectly. Regarding the spice and oil packets, each noodle variety comes with its own, unique flavor packets. I amp up the spice packet by adding more spice (e.g., black pepper, chile flakes/powder, garlic if I think it goes with the spices in the spice packet). The oil packets have only a little oil; adding the oil did NOT make the noodles oily; instead the bit of oil helped pull the flavors together.Serving Size. A single disc of these noodles makes a reasonable to sort of small meal. If someone usually eats larger sized meals, a single disc may not be enough food. Adding vegetables, for example, will make the noodles more filling. The noodles could also be served as a side dish, but I like them so much I want the noodles to be my main course.Value. Because I love the noodle varieties and the quality of the ingredients, I will continue to buy WhatIF Foods® noodles. They are kind of expensive, however, especially in light of the somewhat small serving size and the fact everyday grocery store ramen is less expensive and usually makes larger servings.

Great tasting but too small
Very good flavor and texture. I would say these have their own unique flavor profile compared to both cheap ramen and real ramen from a proper ramen restaurant. It’s not going to fix your craving for either. However they taste really good and way healthier than either alternative. As an athletically built person the portion size is not nearly enough for me. Two of the noodle packets were needed for one meal. I would say the portions are even smaller than a basic top ramen. I prepared them in a “soup style” instead of putting the flavor packets on drained noodles. This worked out fine but i did have to add salt to the soup. Not a fault of the noodles, as this was my modification. I would like to see the portion size increase at least 50%, and for this price all of the packaging should be compostable or at least recyclable, which would make the price sting a little less because at least you will feel like you’re doing your part for the planet. However based on nutrition and impact to one’s health I feel I will buy this again, just not as often as I’d like.

Nostalgia Meets Innovation with Healthy Instant BamNut Noodles - A Ramen Revelation!
As a seasoned veteran of the Ramen Regiment - my college years practically culminating in a degree in Ramen Connoisseurship - I thought I had tasted everything the world of instant noodles had to offer. Every bite brings a melange of intriguing and appetizing flavors - an epicurean journey across a spectrum of varieties - including the sweet warmth of pumpkin, the healthful twist of moringa, and the earthy depth of charcoal. The constant, though, across all these different varieties is their fantastic nutritional profile. With an impressive 17 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber, each serving of these noodles is not only delicious but equally wholesome, making you feel satiated and satisfied. What’s more, the sugar content remains commendably low, ranging from a mere 2 to 8 grams, depending on the variety. Healthy eating has never been this delectable or convenient! These BamNut Noodles are perfect for whipping up a quick, nutritious meal on those busy weeknights or for a cozy weekend treat. Enjoy them straight from the pack or get creative with a fried or soft-boiled egg (see the picture) and a drizzle of hot sauce on top. You'll find that the lessons learned from those college "cooking" sessions can be put to great use here, transforming these noodles into a gourmet feast.WhatIf Foods has flipped the script on the instant noodle narrative. Mostly Good - Great Message - High Sodium
The noodles aren't the most tasty but that's where the protein comes from. The sodium content is simply way too high to be considered on the healthy side. May as well eat regular 2 ingredients rice ramen and bone broth. I do like there are not seed oils and rather coconut oil. However, eating too much coconut oil can be fattening. So again not exactly healthy, but still a ok once in a while snack that will happen to also be high in protein. Nothing more. I give 3 stars because it's not the most satisfying but the idea and knowing what to expect may raise that score. They're message is also saving the rainforest which is pretty cool. But this review is long enough.
