Most excellent!
Excellent company very good quality of their products. If you’ve never used the fruit before, as a nutritional consultant, I could tell you it is the best natural sweetener out there with weird taste whatsoever. Also great for baking.

My go-to choice of monk fruit sweetener
This is by far the best monk fruit sweetener I’ve tried, liquid or powder. Only a scoop or so is needed to sweeten your drinks, and if you mix it thoroughly with whatever powder being used (protein powder, cocoa powder, even powdered aspirin) it dissolves completely. I’ve found that adding it directly to liquids tends to make it clump, so by trial and error I found the best blending method. There’s no aftertaste in my opinion—I’ve tried many powdered drinks with it—when I don’t add this brand of monk fruit, the drink is very bland. I haven’t tried baking with it yet so I’ll have to update my review once I do. It is expensive, but because you need so little, it ends up being very economical. This is my go-to choice of monk fruit sweetener.

A needed change
I was skeptical at first because I've tried other sweeteners and they all tasted off. But this one actually works for me. It's just sweet enough, and I only need a small amount. I use it in tea and yogurt mostly. As someone who is conscious of what I eat, I feel good using this over regular sugar in my food.It blends well without clumping or floating on top. The fact that it's zero calorie is a bonus, but honestly, the taste alone would keep me coming back. It's become a staple in my kitchen, and now I even carry a small container of it when I travel. I've recommended it to my sister who's trying to cut down on sugar, and she had the same reaction, surprised that it actually tasted good.

Will Last a Long Time
I thought this was a little expensive, but I was looking for a natural sugar substitute with no additives so I decided to give it a try. It is a very fine powder, like confectionery sugar, but brown in color. It comes with a tiny measuring spoon which is great. Suggested serving is 1/8 teaspoon so this bag is going to last me a long time!!! I found that 1/8 t is too sweet for me so I use about half that amount. At first, I did detect an aftertaste, but I don’t anymore. Maybe I’m just used to it. It dissolves best when putting it in your cup before adding your hot liquid. It does clump with cold water, but I just let it sit a bit and then push the clumps against the side of the glass and they dissolve.Very happy with the purchase and would recommend highly!! I’m looking forward to using it in baking, tooI’m actually giving it 4.5 stars but rounded up.

Always bitter tasting
My husband is the one who needs monk fruit with no erythrytol, so I bought this brand. I warned him that, according to some Amazon reviews, he can't use nearly as much as he did with the monk fruit with erythrytol. He said he couldn't get the right amount with this no-erythrytol stuff because no matter how little or how much he used it tasted bitter. I told him I'd try to figure out how much to use in a cup of coffee. I came to the exact same conclusion he did, To me it's not the aftertaste that's so bad, it's the during-taste that's difficult to endure. I don't know how so many people found this stuff sweet-tasting. If you use so little that you can barely taste the bitter, you can't taste any sweet either. Maybe some packages of it contain a different mixture than others. Think twice about ordering this product. There are no returns and it's a lot of money to possibly have to toss out.

Autoimmune-Friendly Sweetener That Tastes Like Sugar
I’m currently managing an autoimmune disorder and decided to explore alternative sweeteners that are gentler on my system. I chose monk fruit because it doesn’t spike blood sugar, has anti-inflammatory properties, and works well with sensitive diets. It’s surprisingly sweet—closer to the taste of sugar than something like honey—and a little goes a long way. So far, it’s been a great swap!

Taste is very good.
Close sweeter to tasting like sugar. It clumps at first but stir a bit more and will soon dissolve. I love it and use it in my tea and coffee daily. All you need is a small amount so it lasts for a long time.

Bittersweet, takes getting used to.
The first time I tried this product in English breakfast black tea with milk as a sugar substitute I thought it was absolutely vile. I decided to work on reducing my sugar intake so that I have less of a sweet tooth and that’s working for me. But I’ve got this big pouch of stuff that I paid money for and given its bittersweet profile, I decided to try it as a flavoring for herbal teas without added milk. So that’s been working better for me because the flavor is tolerable when blended with an herbal profile that has its own sweetness and bitterness. I’ve been blending it with a green lemon ginger hibiscus blend, I’m satisfied with this as a sugar-free hot drink to enjoy on break. Also, this hundred percent monk fruit is an extremely fine powder and when I first opened the package, there was this cloud of smoke that came out. That was basically the powder aerosolizing. And I find the little scoop inconvenient to use because just scooping into the packet gets it all over my fingers and so I’m wasting servings of the product that gets stuck to my fingers. So I solved this by using a teaspoon as I’m preparing my tea. I just dip the tip of the teaspoon into the tea to wet it, and then dip it into the monk fruit package to get the desired amount. I just stir off the monkfruit residue into my tea. Works well, saves product, and I don’t have to wash my hands. The company needs to work on the dispensing method. It’s quite messy.
