Q: Is this jar plastic or glass?

Hi and thank you for your question, this is currently in a plastic jar which is as environmentally friendly as we can get it...however, we are also upgrading all of our products to glass jars and bottles, so it will come to the hand balm too but we have started it with our foot balm first. Q: Where is the certification none shown on the bottle, to claim organic status?

To explain further, every ingredient we use in our products is certified organic (ie every ingredient (except green clay) that we make our products with has an organic certification) but our finished products are not then certified organic for the reasons stated above. They are however made with 100% certified organic ingredients (with the exception of our green clay). Skincare regulations are complex and can be confusing but we hope this answers your question and reassures you that our products are indeed 100% organic (with the exception of our green clay) and this certainly applies to our best-selling Heal & Foot Balm which we believe is why it is so effective and popular with our customers.
