Very well made and fits my needs.
First off, I love Swiss gear pack packs. This one is no different. My very first SG bag protected my computer and survived a 70mph skid on asphalt. This was not the issue of the bag but rather my sissy bar not being connected properly to my motorcycle so, I am pretty loyal. I am incredibly hard on my work bags and I can tell this one is made with great quality. There are so many pockets and the set up of the space is perfect for me. I love the two padded pockets in the computer compartment. They allow for a specific area to put my charging cord and leaves room for other presentation tools. Previously they were just put in another smaller bag to keep them together. This bag is very light and I love that the trolly strap is padded and larger than just a strap. I put this bag over my motorcycle's sissy bar and go. No more worrying it will come off without trying it down. The front has a harder shell that protects the contents from the front as well. There is some serious padding all around. One drawback I have noticed is that due to the padding, the bag is very stiff. This isn't terrible and I assume it will loosen up. All in all, I would recommend this bag.

Pockets... too much of a good thing?
To say I "travel a lot" for work would be an extreme understatement. I essentially live out of a suitcase most of the time. When buying luggage it has to be as durable an example of whatever that luggage is (roller case, backpack, etc.). In the last two years alone, I've tried out 4 different roller bags, and up to this point, 5 different backpacks. This one is a definite keeper. Plenty of cushion for a laptop and other electronics, and pockets....pockets for DAYS. So many pockets that I have actually lost things while on the road that I didn't find until I got back home, that were actually in the backpack the whole time. Beyond that, I can pack it full and it somehow still fits under the seat in front of my on an airplane. Now sure how that is possible, but there is obviously a miniature blackhole installed in the backpack that sends the items put into it to another dimension until I pull it out from under the seat in front of me. So, to summarize, this is a very durable backpack, protects your electronics, has a preposterous number of pockets and you even get a free pre-installed black hole with your purchase. Yay!

Frustrating misses on several key features
Coming from a Thule similar size, purchases this bag in hopes it might be at least equivalent, but I was wrong. So many non-obvious misses, that I just cannot seem to love this bag. Some of the main CONS and misses include:1) The zip open feature is a nightmare. If you pick this bag up by the carrying handle or if you pick it up by a shoulder strap and the zipper is 75% open, you run the risk of dumping ALL OF YOUR COMPUTER STUFF ON THE GROUND. It just swings opens and unzips dramatically...anything in that computer pocket is dumped and the laptop is held by one small strap of velcro. This is a terrible side effect of them putting the laptop on the outermost fold. Too much weight on the zipper and it will unzip. After 2 such incidental dumps, i just don't trust this computer bag and I certainly don't trust using that pocket.2) Not enough small pockets in the right places. This is a computer case, right? Nowadays we got cables (USB-A, C, lightning, Mini, Micro), we got AirPods, we got chargers, we got phones, we got adapters and hubs. There are 3 useful pockets on this. The first is the "mouse" pocket...which I don't trust because it is in the dump zone (see #1) and it always gets in the way of the laptop in-and-out. The Second is in the dump zone and it doesn't have a velcro enclosure so no headphones in there either. The third set of small pockets is in the outermost segment and that segment can barely get packed (see #3)3) The outermost pockets are very limited in what they can hold. If you want to put a snack in there and a phone and a watch...it's getting full and becomes hard to close.4) The several main pockets don't have much to offer. So I ended up dumping my charger in there and a bunch of cables on top of it. Total mess. But I don't dare put the charger in the dump-zone or it will end up on the street/floor/ground.5) No sternum strap? On a bag this big, even the best molded shoulder straps slide off when you put weight in this thing.6) Side pockets fit skinny water bottles. One of them unzips to become bigger, so it can hold a slightly larger diameter water bottle. Unnecessary use of a zipper, really (when elastic would do fine)7) No external attract points. Nothing to strap a sweater to. Nothing to hook a flashlight to with a clip.8) USB charger feature adds bulk to left shoulder pad. Cable just snakes through the pockets and will eventually get snagged on things and break from it's few loops.PROS:Lots of space, sort of.AirTag (but you could buy your own, I suppose)Carrying handle is sturdyShoulder straps are well padded.Sure, I'll give this bag a few more months...but if it dumps my stuff just one more time, I'm recycling it.
