I like the taste of these and when I take them consistently I do feel my recovery is better than without it. My husband took them from me and now I have to buy it for the both of us, so I take that as they are good!!

No where on the bottle does it say Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine, just 2:1:1 implying Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine so I'm skeptical but these are otherwise great- finally bcaa in a gummy that I can enjoy taking. Ordered another brand due to my skepticism but the other brand cost more, requires 8 gummies per serving and hasn't arrived yet (slow shipping 😑). These ones taste good, not great but I personally don't like peach flavor. These are way better than any bcaa drink mix I've ever had.

Taking this right before a run helped me power through 5 miles easily! Awesome product!

You should know what BCAAs are if you are looking at this item. My workout partner, ok legally "my wife", and I have taken Aminos for years. I am excellent at taking them as part of my routine. However, my spotter... I mean my wife (I keep doing that) says that powders mixed with waters are "gross". She is in the medical profession so I'm pretty sure that is a technical term. She has taken these without complaint. I have not had to sneak them into her wine. Wait, I would never do that.Oh yeah, they taste good as well.

This is probably my fault for not doing my research, but I took these for weeks before discovering that 600mg is basically nothing when it comes to BCAAs. This works out to less than 1 gram. For BCAA supplements to have any affect at all, you need to be taking 10 times that much. That means that if you ignored the dosage instructions on the bottle and took 10 times that, you'd be out of gummies in 3 days. So this product is a money scam. Look for the powders instead and pay attention to grams per dose.

Taste bitter. Ok bcaa compound though.

Just started taking the product so don’t know about benefits yet, but it does have a pleasant taste which I was a little worried about because if it had tasted weird, I wouldn’t use it no matter how much it helped!

I like being able to just munch on them be drinking that plus protein plus creatine plus preworkout. It’s a lot but gummies makes it way more doable
