App no longer available so all fetures are not available. I have tried several times to request a refund with no response. This is a VERY expensive watch that cannot be used to its full potential. I am so disappointed. I purchased it as a Christmas gift... "the return window closed December 2, 2023". How sweet. I am very upset to say the least.Just refund my money and I will return the watch.

Never was able to load any music. Battery quit charging shortly after purchace

Tomtom has announced that the application support incl all the Sports Infrastructure is being closed down on Sept 30 2023.“As a user of our Sports products, we would like to inform you about an important update regarding our TomTom Sports infrastructure and support.As you may know, TomTom already announced in 2017 to discontinue its Consumer Sports business to refocus on its leading position in mapping and navigation technologies.Even though we did not develop new sports wearables in the last years, we continued to support our products and customers as we had a strong community that still loved and actively used our sports products.However, over the past years, we have seen the usage decrease significantly, which has led to the difficult decision to end our support on the TomTom Sports infrastructure by the end of September 2023.What will happen?The TomTom Sports mobile app, Sports website, and Sports Connect desktop application will be discontinued and permanently removed.You may be able to still use your TomTom Sports watch, Golf watch or Activity tracker and see your activity statistics on your device itself, but you will no longer get updates or will not be able to sync your activities to the TomTom Sports platforms and applications.While the mobile app might still be functioning on your current phone, we cannot guarantee that will be the case in the future due to new software from your smartphone manufacturer.”

Love this spark! As a beginner in running, I opted for a watch with Bluetooth. After much research, going back and forth between other big brand names, I settled for the spark. After reviewing a few video, I was easily able to navigate the watch features. Run 1/2 marathons and no issues with music while running. If I am slower than previous time, a gentle “yell”.... you’re behind, try to catch up broadcasts over the music! If faster, “ congratulations “ “you’re ahead “ reminder broadcasts- so it becomes a personal challenge at each race. When synced with phone, I can see where I ran and areas where my pace improved or declined. I also like the many options on types of activities I can use: freestyle, swimming, biking and more. There’s a light on phone for night ( touch screen- goes off in 3-5 secs). You can set your daily and weekly step goals and see results on watch and sync with phone. The app keeps history, too. I forgot to mention there’s heart rate monitor, compass and of course GPS. Bought the watch in 2017. Downside is the bands- on my 4th one, but they are fairly cheap and recently the watch doesn’t always charge, last battery life is fading from 4 days to about 1.5 days. Overall excellent watch and glad I purchased it as a “I’ll try it!”

I bought this watch at a much better price than listed here but... I think the watch is awesome. It tracks my distance, heart rate, pace, changes in elevation and stores the results for comparison. I an 64 and a life long runner. I had no issues loading my music other than creating a play list that could be found by the app. The watch initially wanted to load all my tunes. I put watch on computer to charge every night so battery life not an issue but using the GPS when running does burn power. In summary, great runners' watch with blue-tooth earphones for folks that don't own an apple watch.
