Rub The Pain Away
Let me tell you, this was one of the best purchases ever. Being able to massage my legs, knees and back are a plus. The roller is easy to use and quite comfortable, especially the grip handle on it.At the moment right knees has strained hamstring so this is just right for massaging the back of my knee and thigh.These will make great Christmas gifts or self care gifts for family and friends.I rate the overall design and relaxation 10 plus. The price is affordable and I love the color. And did I mention it is like rubbing the pain and mind relaxing. 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Great product, great price
When I was looking for a roller I didn't want to commit a lot of money to it because I figured all are the same. This one is the same quality as every other one i've tried and much cheaper. They all get the job done and this one is no different.

Roll out the soreness in muscles
Have a condition that causes lactic acid hard to flow out of muscles after exercise. A trainer told me awhile ago to use something like this to help get it moving out. It really does help. I gave 4 star instead of 5 because it works for some areas but many others it doesn't due to its length. Also, being plastic I found doesn't work as well as harder materials. Maybe this is why the price point. For lighter muscle massage, I think this would be fine though, mainly for back area imo.

Works excellent for relieving pain quickly
Excellent product. Quickly relieved pain and inflammation in tendons and joint areas. Using to reduce soreness and stiffness from arthritis and to increase flexibility. Just roll - easy to use. Would highly recommend.

Not effective for rolling out
For the price, I've used much better muscle rollers. This one was not that effective for rolling out for some reason. I tried using all my upper body weight to roll out my quads and it did fairly well at rolling out some knots, though wasn't as effective as I expected.

Perfect to loose the muscle
Recomended by my physical therapist to loosen up muscle on top of my thigh after a total knee replacement .
