Range of Emotions
This book covers a wide range of emotions and how to understand and deal with them. I think the prompts after each emotion is explained is a great setup for group discussions about each emotion. The exercises included are great ways to manage the emotions that were learned about. The illustrations showcased groups of the characters throughout the emotions and exercises.I received a free copy of this book from Carine Laforest and Chouette Publishing. I am voluntarily leaving a review. All opinions are my own.

Bunnies are too cute!
I love this book so much for my son as the graphics were intriguing and mommy's voice narrating the good things about emotions in the book helped some. While I love the diversity in emotions, the examples provided, and the prompts through questions. I had difficulty seeing this for anything younger a First Grader unless they have good reading skills and comprehension. This book works just fine if you are reading it to younger children and assisting them in comprehension of what is being stated.Otherwise a wonderful emotions book for children.Thank you #NetGalley and #CarineLaforest for the ARC and allowing me insight to something adorable not only for my kiddos, but others as well.

Wonderful childrens book!
A wonderful children's book on feelings, one I will purchase for the grandchildren. This book has fun characters and is very engaging for children. An easy children's book that can be used to teach kids about their feelings and how to be respectful of the feelings of others.

An educational read
The illustrations in this book are captivating. Children would be drawn to the bright and fun colors of each character. Each character is showing an emotion that teaches kids about that emotion. If a child is not an advanced reader, I suggest a parent read it with that child. The writing seems to be a bit advanced for new readers.Love Always, Catherine

Cute book! Helps understand feelings for a young audience
We watch Sunny Bunnies in this house and when I saw the book I knew I needed to read it to my children. I usually test out the books on them before bringing it into the office for the group children. This is one that I will definitely recommend to the parents and program creator for use. We handle a lot of emotional disregulation, so this could help the children understand emotions better. My son was able to interact and follow along with this book. He loved being able to answer the questions about what makes him feel each emotion. He stayed engaged the entire time which is a huge positive. The book overall was cute, engaging and colorful and keeps the children's attention which is exactly what I need for my program.Update: my 5yr old has asked to read this every day since I showed it to him

Great for kiddos navigating feelings
This one is such a great book for kiddos navigating their feelings. My 3 year old is still learning how to appropriately express his, especially when he is angry or frustrated. I enjoyed reading this one to him and he seemed to enjoy the story as well!

Cute and Colorful
From my 6yo: I liked this book because I like the Sunny Bunnies. They are a lot of fun. Hopper and Big Boo are my favorite. I also like that it asked questions to get you to think about your feelings and that it gave tips to help you calm down. From me: I like that the book used recognizable characters to introduce or reaffirm feelings that one gets. The fun pictures kept my kiddo engaged. While the language was fine for my 6yo, some of it might be too much for younger kids, especially in the large paragraph blocks that it was presented in.Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for an ecopy of this book.
