Everytime I make idli it turns black. I wish I could return

Good product but packed carelessly and without invoice slip
Product is of good quality. It serves my purpose of purchase. Nice idlies in real fast timePacking of the item was unbelievably careless. Just pushed the whole set together and cramped it into carton box. As result I had to muscle out the lid from the container part and an idli plate stuck inside from the lid. The lid and a plate have slight scratches on them due to this careless packing. No invoice also. I can pardon all this for the quality of product. Good packing would have made me happier. I hope amazon will take note of this.After first use, the inside bottom of vessel had developed dark coating in it. Hopefully it would not cause much problem
